  • Low season: November to February (minimum stay 2 nights)
  • Mid-Season: March,April, May, Mid-June; Mid-September, October (minimum stay 3 nights)
  • High season: Mid-June,July, August, Mid-September. (minimum stay 5 nights in June & September, 7 nights in July & August)
  • Above mentioned prices are for four people or less occupying two rooms. The maximum capacity is 6 people if 2 are children.

The following services are included: local tax, bed linen, towels and bath products, heating, electricity charges, Wifi

Coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, spices and sugar are at our guests’ disposal throughout their stay. The tap water comes from our own spring. It is drinking water of the highest quality but not certified.

Logs for firewood are available. 1/4 m3 included in the price.

The house has an A Energy Efficienty Label. 
It demands very little energy due to its high performance insulation and windows. Most of the demanded energy is provided by its solar panel installation together with a heat pump. The underfloor heating creates comfort and allows the house be full electric. Due to the mountain topography we cannot be totally off-grid as we don’t get sufficient sun hours during the months of December and January.

*Each bedroom has an elevated platform specially designed for children. It is also a nice spot to have a siesta or watch the stars. It is very informal. Both have a single mattress.
